What are some of the languages you work in?
We provide translation services in over 70 languages, including all of the most commonly used commercial languages and many of the more unusual ones. With our database of carefully screened translators, we can help with almost any language — if we don’t already have a translator who can do it, we have extensive sources to identify a qualified translator who can.
How long does it take to complete a translation?
This varies with the language, the length and difficulty of the text, and the availability of particular translators. In general, it takes about 3 to 5 business days for document translation services up to 3,000 words (about 10 – 15 pages) into any of the major commercial languages. Longer documents take proportionally more time to translate. If your need is more urgent, however, we will do our best to accommodate your schedule with a rush delivery.
How do you charge and what are your rates?
We usually charge on a per word basis. Rates are dependent on the type of account or contract, service requested, language selection and the final deliverable. Please note that each project may be subject to minimum fees, which vary per language. Hourly rates apply for services we offer outside of translation.
Do you offer discounted rates? What other factors could affect pricing?
We offer discounted rates for large volume projects. Other factors affecting pricing include the technical level of the text to be translated and specific translator certification requirements (ATA or Court certified, for example). Please contact us for answers to your pricing questions.
How do I get a price quote?

Do you guarantee that your translations are certified to be accepted by official agencies?
Many local, state, federal and non-governmental agencies, as well as foreign governments, may request “certified” translations of your personal records (e.g., immigration documentation, school transcripts for equivalency assessments, immunization records for traveling visas, etc.). To meet this requirement, the translation needs to be translated by a bona fide, qualified and professional translator. All our translations are accompanied by the Certificate of Accuracy or Affidavit of Accuracy and are notarized at no additional cost.
